Nordic Ware's Two Burner High-Sided Griddle is made of durable heavy aluminum, which provides even heating and browning. This griddle is large enough to cook family-sized portions of pancakes, sausages, hashbrowns, french toast, and eggs for breakfast with ease. Make grilled cheese, quesadillas, burgers, and more for lunch and dinner.

Its large cooking surface makes it great for cooking a lot of food all at the same time. The large cast handles are for easy handling with oven mitts, and the high sides minimize splatters, keep food contained, and makes turning easier.

Hand wash with warm soapy water. Using the dishwasher to clean the pan is not recommended. It may shorten the life of the non-stick coating and dull the exterior of the pan.
