• The grater can be machine washed on the top rack of the dishwasher, but we recommend hand washing to maintain the best sharpness.
• For the plastic steel guard, we recommend cleaning by hand or on the top level of the dishwasher at a low washing temperature.
• Remove the blade guard from the grater during washing.
