Oven safe to 250°C and with a remarkable ability to hold consistent temperatures, the stoneware cocotte features a heavy lid to retain cooking heat and juices when braising in the oven. With a 300ml capacity and double-coated inside and out with non-reactive enamel, the surfaces are easy to de-glaze and clean. Safe for use in the dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, and refrigerator, however, it is not suitable for cooktop use.
