Kuvaus
Swissmar offers metallic fondue sets in cast aluminum, stainless steel and copper plated stainless steel which are ideal for an oil/broth fondue. Suited to cooking at high temperatures, the oil/broth is often pre-heated directly in the fondue pot on the stovetop and then carefully transferred to the rechaud base. With an oil/broth fondue it is important to use the splatter guard to prevent hot oil splatters.
