Exclusive to Entertainment Earth! (or should I say, Earth-61) Captain Universe debuted in Marvel's Micronauts #8, but over the years, the "guardian and protector of Eternity" has combined with a variety of hosts.

A rare accident gave Spider-Man the abilities of Captain Universe, and he's been using them ever since. Peter Parker helps Dr. Max Lubisch with his latest invention in Spectacular Spider-Man #158, a contraption that can access energy from other dimensions. Peter's Spider-Sense gives him enough warning to save Dr. Lubisch before the machine melts down, but he is then attacked by the cosmic energy while trying to save Dr. Lubisch.

The fact that Spider-Man is Captain Universe because of a freak accident, but the chance that you can find its Funko Pop version online is a wonderful accident!

This is Spider-Man's powerful alter-ego to date, and it would make a fantastic addition to your Marvel collection.
