Polder Digital In-Oven Thermometer & Timer

The Digital In-Oven Thermometer and Timer from Polder monitors meat temperature, and allows the user to set temperature and time on an easy-to-read split screen digital display.

Cook red meat, poultry and fish safely in the oven with the thermometer that has a range of features including the memory function that recalls the last set temperature, a 24-hour countdown timer, and optional alerts for when the temperature has been reached.
