The Dexter SG145-8B-PCP 8in Cooks Knife has a curved blade that allows for a smooth rocking motion for even and rapid cutting. The blade is ultra-sharp out of the package. It features Dexter's SOFGRIP handle that is soft to the grip and provides great control along with slip resistance. The blade is manufactured from Dexter's proprietary high carbon, high alloy, stain free DEXSTEEL. This knife is NSF certified.
