Tenderise and flavour your poultry and favourite cuts of meat with the Avanti Flavour Injector. Inject your marinade of choice or meat juices back into the meat (away from bone) to moisten and obtain instant flavour with no wastage or mess. This unit has a stainless steel needle and a plunger with a clear, graduated barrel that lets you see exactly what amount of marinade you are injecting. The heavy duty needle features specially designed holes on 2 sides which dispense the marinade evenly and exactly where you want it. This marinade injector can also be used to baste the surface of the meat as well as adding surprise fillings into cupcakes, jam into doughnuts and liqueurs into Christmas puddings. Needle stores in syringe when not in use.
