Firstly, the infuser is shaped like a spoon, so you can scoop and measure your tea with the same utensil you use to brew.
Just pop your Teafu into hot water - the holes in the flexible silicone pod are large enough to let water through to brew your tea, but small enough that they don’t let the leaves escape. By squeezing the pod in and out, you are forcing the water through the tea and it brews much faster. So you’ll have your Twinings in a tick, your Darjeeling in a dash and your English Breakfast before lunch!
Once you’ve reached the desired strength, simply squeeze the water from the pod and stand the Teafu on its handle, mess free!
