The LCD display lets you see where you’re at, while the talk function allows you to hear how you’re going without looking, with the added bonus of motivating and encouraging you to reach your targets!
So if you eat a chocolate bar, you can just keep walking until you’ve burned off the matching calories (Warning: that can take quite a while!). Set your exercise goals in metrics, the Talking Pedometer Pro is an awesome training partner who never sleeps in or forgets to show up.
You can give it as a gift of encouragement to someone who’s just started a diet and exercise programme. However, we wouldn’t recommend you give it to someone as a “hint” – as it may hurt a little when it’s thrown back at your head with great force.
