What the For Real Spider Catcher is all about...

There are many degrees in the arachnophobic spectrum – ranging from the casual "Eww, look, a spider" - to psychotic screaming, shivering and rocking in the corner until the SWAT team arrives.

The For Real Spider Catcher is the eco-answer to the eight-legged issue – making the whole catch and release process a lot less hairy and a lot less messy for that matter (for those of you who are known to prefer the "bottom of the shoe" method).

It allows you to quickly and gently trap the spider from a safe distance (65 cm) – it also means you can reach under furniture and up to ceilings without balancing precariously. You simply press the trigger on the easy grip handle to spread the bristles, place it over the insect, release, and you've got him! Even if it's making a break for it, you can still catch the little sucker (harmlessly and hands free) and release him back into the wild where he should be.

I purchased a spider catcher as a Xmas gift for my daughter-in-law and she says it is the most practical gift she has received and uses it constantly. It removes creepy crawlies safely from inside the house and surrounds and places them where they belong without killing or harming them. The long handle gives added security for the user.
