Just about everyone who grew up with the 1980s dawn of video games at home would remember Space Invaders. It's probably got something to do with the fact that Space Invaders literally invaded the living rooms of households, every time it was packaged with a gaming console like the Atari 2600.
For many, until another cartridge could be afforded, Space Invaders was the only video game in their collection. So, as you’d expect, a lot of first time gamers became pretty good at conquering the missile launching space creatures.
If this sounds like you, then you’ll quickly recall the marching alien colony of Space Invaders, staggering ever closer and faster towards your lone fighter ship. Maybe you use to hide behind your shields, until it became too tempting to blast 'em away yourself!
Just one go on this plug 'n' play TV games unit will have the good memories flooding back, without any of the bad experiences brought on by huge consoles and expensive cartridges.
Other Taito classics Phoenix, Lunar Rescue, Qix, Colony 7 as well as a unique left / right handed ability round out a modern gaming pad that's as close as you're gonna get to gaming history, so get your fingers ready, grab the controls and start launching missiles at those pesky critters with this nostalgia treat for gaming buffs.
