Freeze Dried Ice Cream is sold in packs of 5 (each pack contains 17 grams NET). Freeze Dried Ice Cream is real ice cream that has been put through a special process called lyophilisation (freeze drying), and therefore it requires no refrigeration. There's no preparation, nothing to be added and no time to wait - it's ready straight out of the packet. Freeze Dried Ice Cream also has less fat and sugar than most chocolate bars!
