- Competition entries close 31 October 2008 at 4pm WST.
- This is a chance based competition. The winner will be drawn based on: (a) entering the competition on or before the competition closing date and (b) providing correct and valid entry details.
- The promoter of this competition is LatestBuy.
- This competition is only open to individuals residing in Australia (excludes ACT and VIC residents).
- Entrants must be over the age of 18.
- Directors, management and employees and their immediate families, their retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to participate in this competition.
- Only one entry is allowed per person per competition.
- To enter, entrants must complete all fields of the entry form, agree to receive our occasional free newsletter and answer the competition question. Entries may only be submitted electronically via this website.
- The winner will be drawn, within 10 business days after the closing date of this competition and notified by an official email or telephone call within 2 business days thereafter. Delivery of the prize will be made within six weeks after the prize winner has been notified.
- The winner agrees to have their full name and location (town or suburb and state) displayed on this website and any other media chosen by LatestBuy.
- Every reasonable effort will be taken to contact the competition winner. Should the winner not be contactable or able to receive their prize after three months, a redraw will take place.
- Should the specified prizes not be available at the time of the draw, LatestBuy reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered for items of similar or greater value.
- Prizes are not transferable and/or redeemable for cash.
- LatestBuy and their associated subsidiaries will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of the winning and utilising of any prize by any entrant.
