The Ultimate Gifts and Gadgets Giveaway

1. Competition entries close 31st March 2012 at 4pm WST.
   
   
2. This is a skill based competition; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. The winner will be the entrant who has been judged to have entered the most creative, humorous and original response to the question asked.


3. The winner will be drawn based on: (a) entering the competition on or before the competition closing date and (b) providing correct and valid entry details.
   
   
4. The promoter of this competition is LatestBuy.
   
   
5. This competition is only open to individuals residing in Australia (excludes ACT and VIC residents).
   
   
6. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
   
   
7. Directors, management and employees and their immediate families, their retailers, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are not eligible to participate in this competition.
   
   
8. Only one entry is allowed per person per competition.
   
   
9. To enter, entrants must complete all fields of the entry form, agree to receive our occasional free newsletter and answer the competition question. Entries may only be submitted electronically via this website.
   
   
10. The winner will be drawn, within 10 business days after the closing date of this competition and notified by an official email or telephone call within 2 business days thereafter. Delivery of the prize will be made within six weeks after the prize winner has been notified.
    
    
11. The winner agrees to have their full name and location (town or suburb and state) displayed on this website and any other media chosen by LatestBuy.
    
    
12. Every reasonable effort will be taken to contact the competition winner. Should the winner not be contactable or able to receive their prize after three months, a redraw will take place.
    
    
13. Should the specified prizes not be available at the time of the draw, LatestBuy reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered for items of similar or greater value.
    
    
14. Prizes are not transferable and/or redeemable for cash.
    
    
15. LatestBuy and their associated subsidiaries will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of the winning and utilising of any prize by any entrant.
    
    
16. The winner's details will be published on this website within 24 hours after the winner has been identified and notified.
