The Collapsible Beer-Can Chicken Roaster comprises a 100% stainless steel framework that folds around a beer can, which in turn, is inserted into the cavity of a bird (chicken, duck, turkey etc.) supporting it vertically whilst cooking.Flavours, such as herbs, sauces and the like are put into a half full can of beer (or lemonade etc.). Once inside the oven, the liquid boils and releases the flavours of the herbs etc. The steaming ensures that the chicken stays moist, whilst a "hint" of the herbs flavours the meat. It cooks vertically so all fats drip away from the chicken, leaving a roasted moist and crispy skinned chicken.The roaster is dishwasher safe and folds down to occupy minimal space when stored. Serving suggestions are included.
